Zocalo.in is an “online marketplace” in the real estate space in India, which “directly connects” accommodation providers with seekers. It is a platform specifically designed to help you find the right PGs and shared apartments with just a few clicks / taps on your laptop or handheld device. Free from the hassles of brokers, Zocalo strives to bridge the gap between accommodation owners and accommodation seekers. With this use-friendly platform, students and working professionals looking for PG & Hostels and Shared Apartments can search in a particular area with an interactive Google-map based interface.

Zocalo has tremendous reach across the student community and working professionals in the entire Delhi NCR region (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, and Greater Noida). Given that it is a professionally-managed pan-India website that directly connects accommodation providers with seekers, it provides tremendous online visibility to any brand with respect to a large and young audience base.

“Zocalo” is the Mexican term for a public square or plaza. The Zocalo Team expect it to be “the marketplace” for an ideal property search. The idea of Zocalo was born as a result of frustration and an inspiration. “Frustration”, because of having heard and undergone the horrors of a house search (5 times in 3 years to be precise) and still being clueless on the way to go about finding the right accommodation “Inspiration”, as they knew that they could truly add value and cater to this inherent need. And finally they launched Zocalo.in in May 2014. Zocalo.in has gained tremendous amount of acceptance amongst its target audience both on demand and supply side, as well as received media coverage from major news agencies.

So check out the new online real-estate marketplace in India at www.zocalo.in and witness them as they gives their best to bring a smile on their customers.
